4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at time of enrollment unless payment plan is arranged
• All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Payment plans may include administrative fees
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Administrative fees may apply.

4.4 Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another cohort.

5.1 Our Content

All course materials, including videos, documents, templates, and other content, are owned by socialproe and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.

5.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our platform (assignments, comments, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content for educational and operational purposes. You retain ownership of your content.

5.3 Third-Party Content

Our courses may reference or link to third-party content. We do not claim ownership of such content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.

6.1 Educational Purpose

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. While we teach proven strategies, we make no representations about specific results you may achieve. Success depends on individual effort, platform algorithms, market conditions, and numerous other factors beyond our control.

6.2 No Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, socialproe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

6.4 Platform Changes

Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms and features. While we update our content regularly, we cannot guarantee that all course material reflects the very latest platform changes.

8.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with socialproe, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.

8.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8.3 Mediation

If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation shall be conducted in Singapore according to Singapore Mediation Centre rules.

9.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and socialproe regarding use of our services.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

9.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.

9.5 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
